3. When We Share Your Information
We may share your data with trusted vendors and partners under contractual safeguards limiting how they can use it. These vendors may fall into the following categories:
Communication & collaboration tools, data analytics services, finance/accounting tools, sales & marketing platforms, social networks, testing tools, account authentication providers, website hosting, retargeting platforms, product/design tools, performance monitoring tools, payment processors, order fulfillment providers, data storage and cloud computing services, AI platforms, affiliate programs, ad networks, and government entities (when legally required).
We may also share information:
- During business transactions — mergers, acquisitions, financing, or asset sales.

- With affiliates — companies under common ownership or control, bound by this policy.
- With business partners — for co-offered products, services, or promotions.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tools to operate our site securely, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising — including retargeting and cart-reminder messages. Some of this activity may be classified as a “sale” or “sharing” of data under certain state privacy laws; see Section 9 for opt-out options. Full details are available in our separate Cookie Notice.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics features (including remarketing and demographic reporting). You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, Google Ads Settings, or general advertising opt-out tools like the NAI opt-out page. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. AI-Powered Features
Some of our services incorporate artificial intelligence or machine learning tools (“AI Products”), currently including AI-driven automation. These tools are provided in partnership with third-party AI providers, such as OpenAI, who may process your inputs, outputs, and related personal data to power these features. Use of our AI Products must comply with the applicable third-party provider’s terms.
Data processed through AI features is protected under the same safeguards described throughout this policy. To opt out of AI-based processing, contact us using the details in Section 14.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, or as required by law (e.g., tax or accounting rules). Once there’s no legitimate business need to keep it, we delete or anonymize it — or, where immediate deletion isn’t feasible (such as data in backups), we securely isolate it until it can be removed.
7. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. That said, no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee protection against unauthorized access, so any transmission of information to us is at your own risk.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18. By using our services, you confirm you’re 18 or older, or that you’re a parent/guardian consenting on behalf of a minor dependent. If we discover we’ve unintentionally collected data from a minor, we will deactivate the associated account and delete the data. Concerns can be reported to info@digital-pulse-innovations.com.
9. Your Privacy Rights
- Withdraw consent for processing based on consent, at any time, without affecting past lawful processing.
- Unsubscribe from marketing via the unsubscribe link in emails, by replying STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE to texts, or by contacting us directly. Service-related messages may continue even after opting out of marketing.
- Manage cookies through your browser settings (note: disabling cookies may limit site functionality).
SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, though it may be shared with subcontractors supporting customer service functions.
10. Do-Not-Track Signals
Because there’s no unified industry standard for Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals yet, we currently do not respond to browser DNT settings. If a recognized standard emerges, we’ll update this policy accordingly. (This disclosure is provided to comply with California law.)

If you live in a state with an applicable privacy law (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia), you may have rights to:
- Know what data we hold about you
- Access, correct, or delete that data
- Obtain a copy of your data
- Opt out of targeted advertising, data sales/sharing, or automated profiling
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
Some states also grant rights to know which categories of third parties received your data, challenge automated profiling, or limit use of sensitive data.
